Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Fulfillment Officer located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Order Fulfillment Officer will oversee and coordinate the entire order process, including procurement, validation, and delivery management. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and efficient processing of orders, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, managing supply chain operations, and resolving customer inquiries related to orders. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to achieve smooth and successful order completion.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate order processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders and address customer needs
  • Proficiency in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to manage inventory, streamline workflows, and coordinate with vendors
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Experience with order management systems and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site with a team in a fast-paced environment
