Role Description

This is a contract-based Graduate Trainee role, located on-site in Lagos. The role focuses on providing hands-on training and development opportunities to prepare trainees for future leadership roles within the organization. The Graduate Trainee will gain exposure to various departments, assist in executing daily operations, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company's success. The role will involve shadowing team members, completing assigned projects, and participating in training programs and workshops.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
