About the Role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic
Graduate Trainees
to join our
Customer Service and Sales teams
. This program offers structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to help you develop strong skills in client relationship management, sales techniques, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and converting opportunities into sales.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of company products and services to guide clients effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions focused on sales techniques, CRM usage, and customer service best practices.
  • Document client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Support team goals and contribute to achieving monthly sales and service KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles or customer service processes (added advantage).
  • Ability to work with the US timezone is required.
  • Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
