We are seeking a highly analytical and results driven Business Strategy and Growth Manager to drive strategic planning, business performance, and growth initiatives across the organization. This role combines market insight, strategic thinking, and operational execution to help shape the company's long-term direction and accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen, experience in strategy development, and a passion for scaling innovative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution;

* Lead the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies aligned with company goals.

* Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

* Support senior leadership in annual planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking.

Growth & Market Expansion

* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify growth drivers and threats.

* Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or regions.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize growth initiatives.

Business Performance & Analysis

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track strategic progress.

* Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to support decision-making.

* Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership in clear, data-driven reports.

Operational Improvement

Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement projects to enhance scalability and profitability.

Implement best practices for performance management and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or a similar role.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
