Marketer (Bulk Sales)

- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketer – Bulk Purchases to drive institutional and wholesale sales in our supermarket.
- The ideal candidate will identify bulk purchase opportunities, build strong relationships with customers (e.g., schools, restaurants, offices, caterers, etc.), and manage the end-to-end process of bulk order acquisition, negotiation, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients for bulk purchases (corporate clients, events, NGOs, resellers, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-volume customers to encourage repeat business.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase bulk order sales.
- Provide quotations, negotiate terms, and follow through on order delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store management and procurement to ensure availability of stock for bulk orders.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities related to bulk sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns focused on institutional buyers or bulk purchasing customers.
- Assist in developing custom packages or pricing for bulk buyers.
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
