Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android). The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements into scalable, performant mobile experiences.

This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to ship production-ready features.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development


• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.


• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.


• Ensure smooth performance, responsiveness, and stability across devices.

Product Collaboration


• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.


• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.


• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and product reviews.

Code Quality & Performance


• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.


• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and load times.


• Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.

Testing & Deployment


• Implement unit and integration tests where necessary.


• Prepare apps for App Store and Play Store releases.


• Monitor app performance post-release and apply improvements.

Maintenance & Scaling


• Maintain existing mobile applications and add new features.


• Handle version upgrades, dependency updates, and refactoring.


• Ensure application security and data protection best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Strong experience with React Native.


• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript.


• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.


• Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.


• Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Context API).


• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.


• Ability to debug and optimize mobile applications.

Nice-to-Have Skills


• Experience with Expo and bare React Native workflows.


• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).


• Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps.


• Familiarity with push notifications, deep linking, and analytics.


• Previous experience launching apps to production.

• Features delivered on time and aligned with product requirements.


• Stable app with low crash rates and good performance metrics.


• Clean, maintainable code with minimal technical debt and comprehensive documentation.


• Positive feedback from users and internal stakeholders.


• Smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams.
