ob Title: Human Resource (HR) Personnel

Location: Oyo Town, Oyo State

Salary: ₦50,000 monthly

Job Summary:

The HR Personnel will provide basic human resource and administrative support to the hotel's management. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, staff documentation, attendance tracking, and general HR coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain staff attendance, leave, and payroll records.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Keep and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Handle routine HR correspondence and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and basic HR standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager or General Manager.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level applicants welcome).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Must reside in Oyo Town or nearby areas.
