Roston Hotels Limited — a 4-star hospitality destination redefining luxury and comfort in Port Harcourt — is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and report on internal audit assignments across hotel operations and financial systems.

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with management to strengthen accountability and transparency across departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CIA) is a strong advantage.

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.

Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Proven ability to work independently with integrity and sound judgment.
