A Client Care Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. Their duties include addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth banking experience. They assist with account management, process transactions, provide information on banking products and services, and offer guidance on financial services.Requirements Provide top -notch customer service support to clients requests, complaintsor enquiries via assigned CRM multiple engagement channel(s). • Collaborate cross functionally to address customer needs and improve serviceprocesses. • Resolve or escalate in time, complex complaints that is beyond First ContactResolution(FSR) to supervisor. • Take feedback from customers to enhance the overall customer experience andretention. • Improve product knowledge and ensure that any information givento customers is accurate, up -to -date and strategic. • Document accurately all interactions, transactions, comments and follow -up toensure resolution. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. • Any other duty as assigned by supervisor EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS BSc/HND in any discipline PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Relevant professional qualification in Tele sales, Customer Service or Conflict Management isdesired but not compulsory​BenefitsHybrid work model13th Month SalaryLeave AllowanceMedicalAllowance
