WE ARE HIRING: Customer Care Officer

Location: Town planning, Ilupeju Lagos

Job Type: Full time

Salary: #150,000 gross plus performance bonus

Slot: 2 slots and male preferably for gender balance and must be willing to resume immediately.

We are hiring a customer care Officer for our client who is into phone financing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing information, conducting surveys, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, customers, and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and data management skills to deliver exceptional customer service and support business objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Make outbound calls to provide information, gather feedback, and conduct surveys.

Maintain accurate records and update communication databases.

Coordinate with departments to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless processes.

Enter and analyse communication data, generating reports as needed.

Address customer issues professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.

Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and core values.

*Requirements:*

BSc/HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Fresh graduates with proven willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Must have completed NYSC.

Yoruba speaking is an added advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Smartsheet, and databases.

Highly organized, presentable and detail-oriented

Demonstrated values of customer focus, respect, integrity, ownership, and empowerment.
