The Loveboxx is where cinema meets experience. We are launching in Lagos and Abuja to create magical, one-of-a-kind film events from cult classics on city rooftops and art-house films in galleries to nostalgic Hollywood/ Nollywood nights in secret gardens. We believe in transforming a "movie night" into a shared, immersive cultural event that taps into the city's heartbeat.

The Role: The Bookkeeper

You will ensure the smooth administrative and financial operations of the company, providing crucial organizational support to the executive team and helping to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping Support: Collect, organize, and file all vendor receipts, expense reports, and invoices for the finance team.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input sponsor, vendor, and customer data into the company's organizational systems (CRM, spreadsheets).
  • Office Management: Manage general office administration, including managing supplies, travel arrangements, and scheduling internal meetings.
  • Document Control: Assist the COO in organizing contracts and legal compliance documents.
  • Payment Tracking: Help monitor accounts payable schedules to ensure timely payment of vendors.

Who You Are

  • Must be a student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, discreet, and proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong integrity and an ability to handle sensitive financial information.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
