Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive
AI/ML Engineer
with strong experience in AI integrations and machine learning model development. You will design, build, and deploy AI solutions that plug seamlessly into our software platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving real business problems with data, APIs, and machine intelligence not just building models, but making them useful in the real world.

In this role, you will work closely with product, backend, and frontend teams to integrate AI features into our existing systems, improve user workflows, automate internal processes, and help shape Metto's next generation of intelligent tools.

What You Will Do

  • Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for prediction, automation, and system intelligence.
  • Build pattern recognition systems, neural network architectures, and statistical models for product features.
  • Integrate AI/ML solutions directly into our software platforms using APIs and automation tools.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure models work smoothly within production environments.
  • Analyze datasets, run experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Develop scalable pipelines for data pre-processing, modeling, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot complex AI-related challenges and propose creative, practical solutions.
  • Stay updated on new AI technologies to recommend improvements and new product capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years experience
    working as an AI/ML Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, and Neural Networks
    .
  • Solid foundation in
    algorithms, data structures, and software development
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Python
    (preferred), Java, or C++ for ML development.
  • Experience using ML frameworks like
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn
    , or similar.
  • Strong ability to build and optimize statistical models and analyze complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of data pre-processing, training pipelines, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience building or integrating AI features into
    live software systems
    (big plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering
    , or a related field.
