Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence models and systems that enhance our products and operations.

The ideal candidate is experienced in machine learning, deep learning, and data processing, with a strong background in programming and model deployment. You are analytical, collaborative, and passionate about applying AI technologies to solve real-world challenges and scale business impact.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • More than 4 years of experience in AI, ML, or data science roles
  • More than 3 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages and with data structure / algorithms
  • Experience in Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Chroma
  • Experience in LLM such as OpenAI, Hugging Face
  • Experience building and deploying ML frameworks or deep learning models
  • Understanding of privacy, bias, and AI risk considerations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and R
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development
  • Experience applying AI in real-time or large-scale systems
  • Strong communication skills translating AI into business impact

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AWS(EKS, ECS Lambda functions)
  • Docker, docker-compose

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop machine learning models and AI solutions
  • Test, deploy, validate and maintain AI performance across use cases
  • Collaborate with product team and other engineers to transition models from research to production
  • Develop APIs and microservices to serve models
  • Implementing pipelines for model retraining
  • Ensuring models are secure, fair, and explainable
  • Managing model deployment in cloud environments (e.g. SageMaker, Vertex AI)
  • Stay current with AI trends and suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows
