Dervine is hiring a Digital Content Manager for our client Diana Eneje, a leading fashion influencer, model, and content creator with a rapidly growing platform across YouTube and Instagram.
Diana has built an engaged audience through her authentic style and creative vision. She's now looking for a skilled content manager who can take full ownership of her video editing and social media design, allowing her to focus on creating even more impactful content.

Overview
We're looking for a content expert who can take Diana's raw footage and social media presence and transform it into polished, on-brand content. You'll edit YouTube videos, design eye-catching thumbnails, create Instagram posts, and manage her social media calendar. Diana needs someone who can study her existing content, understand her aesthetic instinctively, and execute independently.

Responsibilities
- Edit YouTube videos from raw footage to polished final product, maintaining Diana's signature style and pacing
- Master the first 5 seconds: Create openings that grab attention immediately and signal value to viewers
- Use sound design strategically to enhance emotion, build tension, and maintain engagement throughout videos
- Design compelling YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks while staying true to brand aesthetic
- Create Instagram posts, stories, and carousels using Canva and other design tools
- Manage social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedule
- Study Diana's existing content library to deeply understand her visual language and brand voice
- Work independently to execute content
- Adapt quickly to feedback and refine your understanding of her preferences
- Stay current with social media trends and suggest creative ideas that align with her brand
- Maintain organized files and content workflows for seamless collaboration
Qualifications
- Proven experience editing YouTube videos with strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
- Deep knowledge of sound design and how audio choices impact viewer emotion and engagement
- Expert-level proficiency in Canva for creating thumbnails, Instagram posts, and social media graphics
- Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube content trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Portfolio demonstrating your ability to maintain consistent visual branding across content
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to learn and replicate specific brand aesthetics
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet consistent posting deadlines
