Role Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and market expansion. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development, you'll execute strategies that accelerate our B2B sales pipeline, grow partnerships, and position our solutions at the forefront of the insurance technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Sales and Business Development in executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
* Research, Identify and engage new B2B clients through targeted outreach, networking, social media and online research.
* Work closely with the head of department to hands off qualified leads and provide necessary background information.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-ups.
* Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (outbound calls, emails, and other form of communication to reach potential leads.
* Educate and Engage prospects about the company's offerings and value proposition and to understand their needs based on the company's ICP.
* Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing KPIs using CRM and analytics tools.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2-3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and/or marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS, Fintech or Insurtech industries.
* Track record of building, managing, and closing enterprise-level deals.
* Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and customer service.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
