Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the company's financial planning, manage financial risks, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, leading all aspects of budgeting, designing financial strategies, and providing insights that guide executive decision-making. The CFO will also collaborate with team leaders to ensure alignment between financial goals and business operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience in guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial software and tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA is a strong advantage).
  • Experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a consulting or similar business environment.
