This pivotal role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, monitoring email correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the University, contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.This role sits within the People Services department, a high-performing and forward-thinking team committed to excellence and innovation.
