Job Overview
This is a hands-on operations and accountability role, not a sales position.
You will support, monitor, and communicate with an existing sales team and leadership to ensure daily KPIs are consistently met. A proven sales system, scripts, CRM, and inbound leads are already in place.
Your job is to keep the team on track, identify issues early, and report clearly so leadership can act quickly.
This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who understands how to manage people, enforce standards, and communicate professionally.
Team Structure & Expectations
- You will support and oversee a team of up to 10 active sales reps
- Each sales rep is expected to generate 1–2 completed sales per day
- You are not responsible for closing sales yourself
- Your performance is tied to team sales output and KPI compliance
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will:
- Call and speak directly with sales reps to confirm tasks are completed
- Follow up with reps who are behind on KPIs and identify issues early
- Listen to call recordings to spot problems, patterns, or coaching needs
- Serve as the first point of contact when reps have questions or concerns
- Communicate regularly with leadership to report performance, issues, and trends
- Escalate problems to leadership for decisions when needed
Important Clarifications
- You do not hire or fire sales reps
- You do not make compensation decisions
Your role is to observe, follow up, and report clearly, so leadership can enforce standards and make decisions.
This position requires frequent communication, consistency, and reliability. You will be speaking with both sales reps and leadership throughout the day.
Compensation (How You Get Paid)
- Guaranteed base pay: $25 per week
- Performance pay: $25 for each completed sale made by the sales reps you support
- Weekly earnings cap: $1,000 per week
- Maximum weekly earnings: $1,025 per week (including base)
- Earnings are calculated and paid weekly
With a full team performing consistently, typical weekly earnings range from $500–$1,000, depending on results.
This role is best suited for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and professionally in English
- Is comfortable speaking with sales reps and leadership daily
- Handles conversations calmly, respectfully, and professionally
- Understands how to work with people in a sales environment
- Can hold others accountable without being aggressive or disrespectful
- Is organized, consistent, and reliable in follow-up
- Understands basic KPIs and performance tracking
- Is comfortable enforcing standards and escalating issues when needed
This role requires emotional maturity and the ability to manage people conversations professionally.
