Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Marketing Agent based in Lagos, with some flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Marketing Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, promoting insurance policies, and building relationships with customers. Responsibilities include developing and presenting tailored insurance solutions, providing excellent customer service, closing sales, and conducting product and service training sessions for clients to ensure their understanding of offerings. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Ability to provide Training to clients and teams to enhance knowledge of products and services
  • Strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, and excellent organizational skills
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
