Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Operations to oversee and optimise all operational aspects of our microfinance bank.

Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bank and ensure compliance with MFB regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the performance of all operational units and staff.
  • Ensure efficient loan processing, customer service, and risk management.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team.
  • Ensure monthly operational targets are met, including loans disbursed and deposit mobilisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in microfinance operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of microfinance banking processes.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.-
  • Ability to work independently and strategically.
  • Must reside close to Ikorodu or be able to commute easily.
