We are expanding our faculty and currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team as
Instructors
in the following areas:

  • Data Analysis
  • Project Management
  • Cybersecurity

Job Summary

As an instructor at Lenicle Academy, you'll play a key role in teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students. You'll help them develop practical skills, complete real-world projects, and prepare for a successful career in their chosen field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, structured, and practical lessons in your area of expertise.
  • Create and update lesson materials, projects, and hands-on exercises.
  • Guide and mentor students to ensure they understand key concepts.
  • Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Track student progress and provide support where necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into your teaching.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Role-Specific Requirements1. Data Analysis Instructor

  • Strong knowledge of
    Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau
    .
  • Understanding of
    data cleaning, visualization, and storytelling
    .
  • Experience with
    Python (Pandas, NumPy)
    or R is a plus.
  • Ability to guide students through real datasets and analytical projects.

2. Project Management Instructor

  • Experience managing projects using
    Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
    methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    Trello, Jira, Asana, or MS Project
    .
  • Solid understanding of project planning, execution, and team coordination.
  • Certifications such as
    PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master
    are an added advantage.

3. Cybersecurity Instructor

  • Hands-on experience in
    network security, ethical hacking, or penetration testing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    firewalls, encryption, and threat analysis
    .
  • Knowledge of
    security frameworks and tools (e.g., Kali Linux, Wireshark)
    .
  • Relevant certifications such as
    CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP
    are an asset.

General Requirements

  • Minimum of 1
    year of practical experience
    in your field.
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for mentoring and empowering learners.
  • Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
