Role Description

This is a contract role for a Data Analysis Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons on data analysis, including topics such as data modeling, statistics, and analytic techniques. The instructor will guide students through practical, real-world projects and evaluate their progress to ensure mastery of skills. The role is hybrid, allowing some remote work, but requires a physical presence in Lagos as necessary for on-site sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Modeling
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Statistics and related methodologies
  • Excellent Analytical Skills, including problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts
  • Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) is highly preferred
  • Prior experience teaching or training students in data analysis is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • A passion for education and empowering others through skill development
