Job SummaryThe Brand & Graphics Designer / Motion Graphics Designer at Tuteria will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and animations that elevate the brand's identity and storytelling across all platforms.

Responsibilities:
Visual Design & Branding:
- Design high-quality static graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Translate Tuteria's mission and identity into impactful visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
Motion Graphics & Animation:
- Create motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos that enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Work with video editors to integrate animations into video content.
- Innovate with new visual formats and motion design trends.
Collaboration & Creative Input:
- Collaborate with content creators, strategists, and social media managers to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
Quality Control & Asset Management:
- Ensure all visual assets meet professional standards for quality and design.
- Maintain an organized library of design templates, assets, and brand guidelines.
- Update and evolve visual identity as needed to stay modern and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' professional experience in brand design and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Canva, or Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion graphics work
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
