Job Position: HR / Executive Assistant

Job Locations: Lagos, & Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and proactive HR / Executive Assistant to support executive operations and human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to management
  • Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and official documentation
  • Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, records management, and staff documentation
  • Maintain confidential files and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Draft professional reports, memos, emails, and internal communications
  • Assist with office coordination, task tracking, and follow-ups
  • Represent the company at client meetings, corporate visits, and business engagements as delegated, supporting relationship management and assisting with deal follow-ups and closure
  • Ensure attention to detail in all administrative and HR-related processes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative, HR, or executive support role is an added advantage.
  • Must reside around Sango Ota, Alakuko, or nearby environs
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable with productivity tools, cloud platforms, and basic digital systems)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
