Job Summary

We are seeking a mature, responsible, and customer-focused Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our adult toy retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, respectful shopping environment, supervise staff, manage inventory, drive sales, and uphold company policies and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead, train, and schedule store staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Ensure customers receive discreet, respectful, and informed assistance.
  • Drive sales performance and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, merchandising, and supplier restocking.
  • Ensure compliance with age-restriction laws, store policies, and health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and track store performance.
  • Prevent loss through proper cash handling, monitoring, and security procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience.
  • 2–4 years' experience in retail supervision or store management.
  • Comfortable working in an adult retail environment with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and retail operations.
  • Ability to enforce age-verification and compliance requirements.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
