Job summary

We are looking for a skilled Office Engineer / Network Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's LAN, networking infrastructure, and system configurations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth network operations, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day IT requirements.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and networking infrastructure
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security
  • Handle network configuration, IP addressing, VLANs, and routing
  • Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and hardware issues
  • Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades
  • Provide technical support to office staff for network-related issues
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records
  • Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network-related requirements
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
