Location: Costain, Lagos
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: ₦250k-300k
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and competition trends.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company pricing, marketing, and distribution policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and visibility in key outlets.
Requirements:
• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Lagos markets and distribution channels.
