Restaurant Manager
to lead our restaurant operations and uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and service teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain strong guest relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth through creative promotions, events, and superior service delivery.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales, costs, and guest satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of
    3 years' experience
    in a similar role within a
    fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant
    .
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proven record in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, service etiquette, and financial management.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.

MONTHLY SALARY IS 400,000 NGN.
