The Retail Sales Department at TroVest Capital Partners is responsible for driving customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth from individual (retail) clients. This department focuses on promoting TroVest's financial products—such as fixed-income investments, savings products, loan offerings, and digital financial solutions—to a broad retail audience.

The team acts as the first point of contact between the company and prospective clients, ensuring that individuals understand and engage with TroVest's financial solutions.

Core Functions of the Retail Sales Department1. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target individuals interested in investment, savings, and credit solutions.
  • Conduct field and digital marketing activities to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Work with Direct Sales Agents, Loan Marketers, and relationship officers to expand outreach.

2. Product Sales & Promotion

  • Promote TroVest's offerings such as:
  • Fixed deposit products
  • Investment plans
  • Loan products
  • Digital fintech solutions (apps, savings plans, etc.)
  • Assist retail customers with onboarding and documentation.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with retail clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagement.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, risks, and terms.
  • Help clients navigate account opening, transactions, and product usage.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide valuable insights to management to refine product offerings and pricing.
  • Contribute to improvement of sales strategies, campaigns, and customer experience.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Monitor conversion rates, growth trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
