Revenue Assurance Officer

to join our dynamic team and support our drive for sustainable growth through effective revenue protection and optimization.

About the Role

Reporting to the 
Head, Revenue Assurance

, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability across all revenue streams. This position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct end-to-end revenue assurance checks and reconciliations across systems, billings, and general ledger.

· Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, inefficiencies, or potential revenue leakages.

· Review product setups, pricing, commissions, and transactions for accuracy and compliance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Audit) to ensure data integrity and seamless revenue processes.

· Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support management decisions and revenue improvement initiatives.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (professional certification is an advantage).

· –4 years' experience in revenue assurance, financial control, or audit within the financial services or telecoms sector.

· Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.

· Working knowledge of IFRS, CBN, and financial reporting standards.
