Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Pepper Farm Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 15-hectare pepper farm near Abeokuta. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing large-scale pepper or vegetable farms — from land preparation and planting to harvesting and post-harvest handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise all farm activities related to pepper production.
  • Manage field workers and ensure timely completion of all farm operations.
  • Oversee land preparation, nursery establishment, transplanting, irrigation, fertilization, pest/disease control, and harvesting.
  • Monitor crop performance and ensure best agronomic practices for maximum yield.
  • Prepare farm budgets, production reports, and cost records.
  • Maintain farm equipment, irrigation systems, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate input procurement (seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals).
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental standards are followed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of
    OND/HND/B.Sc.
    in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years
    of hands-on experience managing large-scale pepper or vegetable farms.
  • Strong knowledge of modern pepper production techniques and pest management.
  • Ability to lead and motivate farm workers effectively.
  • Good record-keeping and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate to
    Abeokuta, Ogun State
    environs.
