About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Fundraiser to join our dynamic team at Headfort Foundation for Justice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and identifying new funding opportunities to support our access-to-justice programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective fundraising plans and campaigns.
  • Identify and engage potential donors, partners, and sponsors.
  • Maintain relationships with existing donors and ensure timely reporting and updates.
  • Draft proposals, concept notes, and letters of interest for grant applications.
  • Organize fundraising events and online donation drives.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to promote fundraising initiatives on social media and other platforms.
  • Track and analyze fundraising performance and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in fundraising, partnership management, or related roles (experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Creative, result-driven, and passionate about social impact and justice.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
