Role Summary
Lead fundraising and partnership efforts to secure sustainable funding for programmes and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a fundraising strategy
Build and manage relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners
Research, prepare, and submit grant applications
Manage donor pipelines, databases, and reporting
Support strategic partnerships and represent the NGO at events
Collaborate with internal teams on fundable initiatives
Key Requirements
5–8+ years in fundraising, partnerships, or development
Proven success securing grants and funding
Strong proposal writing and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the African funding ecosystem
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
