Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Associate based in Lagos. The NYSC Associate will assist in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and providing general support to the legal team. Responsibilities also include organizing and managing case files, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and assisting in implementing client-focused solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skill development and exposure to engaging legal and business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and reviewing contracts
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in legal software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Completion of a recognized law degree and enrollment in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
