About the role:

We're looking for a Marketing & Content Associate who's not just creative, but consistent, organized, and intentional. Someone who brings ideas to life, follows through, and knows how to balance creative flair with structure.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a detail-oriented thinker who can manage digital storytelling, brand visibility, and community engagement, all while staying true to Tobinrin's voice and values. If you bring initiative, excellence, and heart to everything you do, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do:

  • Content & Storytelling

  • Create compelling, on-brand copy and visuals across all channels - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters

  • Maintain a cohesive content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of content across all channels
  • Support creative direction for shoots, campaigns, and activations
  • Stay updated on trends, culture, and conversations that matter to women

Community & Partnerships

  • Build meaningful relationships with Tobinrin's online community and key partners
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to performance tracking
  • Curate user-generated content and engage with audiences authentically
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution

Marketing Strategy & Reporting

  • Execute digital campaigns that strengthen Tobinrin's presence and storytelling
  • Track performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Support the development and rollout of marketing initiatives that reflect Tobinrin's tone and purpose

Requirements:

  • Creativity paired with an eye for design and aesthetics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (a plus)
  • 2 - 4 years of experience managing social media, digital campaigns, or content for a brand, agency, or community platform
  • Passion for content creation, copywriting, and meaningful storytelling
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Experience balancing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Must have graduated from university and completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps)
