A leading company in the real estate industry seeks to hire an experienced & hardworking BRANCH MANAGER to lead their branch in Rukpokwu, Port Harcourt. The successful candidate has loads of benefit packages including an opportunity for continuous learning and growth in the real estate space.

Job Title: BRANCH MANAGER

Location: Rukpokwu, Port Harcourt

Requirements:

  • Minimum edu qualification of a BSC / HND
  • Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in real estate or a related field
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including recruitment, training and performance management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of sales and team management success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferably a MALE for gender balance

Salary: ₦ 150,000 + other benefits
