We seek an experienced and results-driven Sales Unit Manager to lead a team of 15 sales executives in our real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring team members, and achieving individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 15 sales executives to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Achieve personal sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue for the company.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Track and report on team performance
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and develop team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior industry related sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
