The Role: Cleaning Specialist

We are looking for experienced and dependable cleaners to join our foundational team. In this role, you will be a key representative of the MetroMellow brand, responsible for providing our clients with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home environment. This is a vital role for our company, as your work directly contributes to our customers' satisfaction and peace of mind. We are building a team of professionals who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks, including standard and deep cleaning services, according to MetroMellow's quality standards.
  • Thoroughly clean all assigned areas of a client's home, such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Properly use our professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment.
  • Maintain a punctual, reliable, and professional presence at all times.
  • Respect client privacy and handle access to homes with care and integrity.

Who We're Looking For:

  • An individual with proven experience in professional residential or hospitality cleaning.
  • Someone who is meticulous, with a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • A trustworthy, reliable, and punctual professional.
  • A person with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Someone who can work effectively on their own and follow instructions.
  • Must reside within or have easy access to Lekki, Ikoyi, Ajah, Surulere, or Yaba.
  • All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
