About the Role

Piedras Properties and Investments Limited is seeking a driven Brand Manager (Sales) to lead brand visibility while actively driving property sales and investment opportunities. This role combines strategic brand management with hands-on sales execution, ideal for a confident professional who understands real estate, client acquisition, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute brand strategies that support property sales and investment growth


• Drive sales of real estate properties and investment offerings through direct client engagement


• Manage brand presence across digital, social media, and marketing channels


• Identify new sales leads, partnerships, and market opportunities


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders


• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials


• Track performance metrics and optimise strategies to increase conversions and revenue

Requirements


• 1–2 years' experience in sales, brand management, real estate, or a related field


• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

• Experience in property sales or investment marketing is an advantage
