Job Title: Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas)

Location: Gudu, Abuja (flexible to travel within Nigeria)

Salary: ₦400,000 monthly Application Deadline: November 1st, 2025

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (O&G) to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive growth within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead bid and tender processes.
  • Negotiate and close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of BSc in relevant discipline. 5 years working experience in business development within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • An understanding of the oil and gas industry, including operations, technologies, and regulations.
  • Strategic thinker with risk management and analytical skills.
  • Innovative and adaptable approach to challenges.
