We are looking for a high-performing Business Development & Marketing Executive who can help us acquire new clients quickly, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth. What You Will Do

As our Business Development & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

Business Development & Sales

· Generate quality leads and convert them into paying clients.

· Leverage your network to secure meetings with decision makers (CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Directors, Business Owners).

· Develop and pitch custom IT solutions to prospective clients.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

· Manage full sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Deal.

Marketing & Lead Generation

· Run digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content).

· Identify high-value industries and create tailored outreach strategies.

· Improve brand visibility and strengthen the company's market position.

· Create targeted marketing materials, case studies, and sales decks.

Business Strategy

· Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into solutions.

· Build partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

What We Are Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

· 2–7 years of proven B2B IT sales/marketing experience.

· Experience selling IT consulting, software development, cloud services, ERPs, or digital transformation solutions.

· Strong understanding of technology concepts (cloud, software development process, DevOps, enterprise systems).

· Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.

· Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills.

· Ability to engage senior executives and simplify technical solutions into business value.

· Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Bonus Skills

· Existing network of business decision makers (fastest path to results).

· Experience working with government agencies or corporate procurement teams.

· Knowledge of tendering, RFP processes, and vendor onboarding.

· Prior experience in a startup or consulting environment.
