Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Practice Manager specializing in HR & Admin tasks. The Practice Manager will oversee administrative operations, manage human resources, and ensure the seamless functioning of day-to-day business activities. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding processes, staff training and development, payroll management, compliance with labor laws, and performance management. Additional duties include facilitating effective communication within the team, coordinating office operations, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of Administrative Operations and Office Management
  • Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Management Skills
  • Understanding of Employment Law, Payroll, and Benefits Administration
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a legal firm or professional services environment is an added advantage
