Role Description

We're hiring Sales Officers
 to join our fast-growing sales network at 
Heirs Insurance Group
.

This is a 
full-time hybrid role
 based in 
Lagos, Nigeria
, with flexibility for some remote work.

As a Sales Officer, you'll play a key role in driving insurance sales, managing customer relationships, and helping clients make informed financial decisions. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals passionate about sales and eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell with Impact:
 Promote a full range of Heirs Insurance Group products — Life Insurance, General Insurance, Annuities, Investment-linked, and Protection plans.

• 
Customer Relationship Management:
 Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients through trust and excellent service delivery.

• 
Financial Advisory:
 Provide professional guidance on financial planning, retirement, and investment options to help clients achieve financial security.

• 
Drive Collections:
 Ensure timely premium payments and excellent account management.

• 
Marketing Execution:
 Plan and implement creative marketing strategies to expand your client base.

• 
Reporting:
 Deliver weekly performance and marketing reports to track and evaluate progress.

• 
Pension Advocacy:
 Promote our pension solutions for retirees and professionals in both private and public sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.

• No prior experience required,
comprehensive sales and product training will be provided.

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and financial services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, digitally savvy, and goal-oriented.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.

• Prior insurance sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
