Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining client records and collaborating with team members to ensure sales strategies align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research and lead generation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Organizational and time management skills for meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
