Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Specialist. The individual in this position will serve as the first point of contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing customer support requests via phone, email, or online platforms, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, and leveraging feedback to improve customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Specialist will also document interactions and work collaboratively with other teams to enhance processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Experience in managing Customer Experience and delivering excellent service
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette when interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a remote work environment
- Proven ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Relevant experience or a degree in customer service, business, or a related field is a plus
