Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Borno. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing social media marketing. The role involves conducting market research, collaborating with various teams, and engaging with stakeholders to promote our products and brand. The Marketing Manager will also be tasked with analyzing marketing performance, optimizing campaigns, and driving business growth.

Qualifications

  • Have experienced in FMCG company
  • Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Social Media Marketing skills
  • Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing marketing performance
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Marketing Software and tools
  • Understanding of Agribusiness and Food Industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
