  • To prepare organization chart showing reporting structure of all the employees, designation, grade and place of work.
  • Maintaining personnel file records of the employees
  • Filing of employees personal certificates
  • Monthly Payroll processing & Time Management
  • Co-ordinating for Performance Appraisal & Annual KRA's of the employees
  • To look after administration function in absence of concerned person.
