Hardcore Biometric Systems is seeking a Personal Assistant
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Hardcore Biometric Systems is looking for a brilliant and organized individual needed to perform diverse, advanced, and confidential administrative and some legal support functions for a busy executive. The position will also have significant in-office operational responsibilities. The right applicant will be attentive to detail and juggle multiple competing priorities, foresee potential problems, and plan contingencies accordingly.
Requirements:
- A law degree from an accredited law school
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated competence with email management, Microsoft Word, and Excel (not critical but must be willing to learn on the job)
- Ability to grasp complex tasks and carry out directions independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize time and with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple and conflicting objectives, projects, or activities at once with minimal direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a very active calendar of appointments
- Ability to arrange internal and external meetings with teleconference and video conference capabilities
- Ability to work closely and in partnership with other Assistants
- Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and ownership of assignments
- Confidence to complete projects with limited supervision
- Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency, and professional demeanor
Duties:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior leadership
- Coordinate internal communications and follow up on action items
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records
- Support basic operations and process tracking across teams
- Assist with correspondence, emails, and stakeholder coordination
- Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
