Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Manager in administrative, scheduling, errand, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Manager's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Manager
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with office administration and special projects as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Own a Laptop
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior management
- Knowledge of basic accounting or record-keeping is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
