Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Executive at Sigma Consulting Group, located in Lekki. The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving software sales, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and using a consultative selling approach to close deals. The day-to-day tasks will involve client interactions, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our enterprise client base, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized connectivity and ICT solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong B2B sales expertise, technical product knowledge, and a proven ability to build long-term client partnerships within the ICT and telecommunications sector.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline and relationship management.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans in line with company goals and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through consultative, solution-based selling.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Software Sales and Sales
- Lead Generation and Consultative Selling skills
- Prospect, identify, and secure new enterprise clients for connectivity and ICT services.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years proven track record in enterprise/B2B sales within ICT, telecom, or connectivity solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of leased lines, fiber optics, VPNs, cloud services, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles (lead generation to deal closure).
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
